I am so grateful for this flavored decaf option. I wish there were more! It's great out of the brewer, but you have to drink it while it's hot and fresh or it loses it's flavor and body. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise, happiness is finally enjoying coffee again :)
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Roast

I have had to switch to mostly decaf, and love flavored coffees, so there aren't many options in the Kcups. It is my second favorite decaf flavor next to the hazelnut.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Not Bitter, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body

Mediocre French Vanilla Decaf Coffee

For my taste, Green Mountain's French Vanilla Decaf was sufficiently infused with the french vanilla flavor and aroma, but lacked the substantial coffee flavor that I prefer. The color was a bit on the light side when brewed using the 10oz size, which is what I typically use. The resulting beverage was more like a cup of french vanilla with coffee undertones, rather than a cup of coffee infused with vanilla. Granted, decaf coffees generally lack the body and richness of caffeinated coffee, but this was light even by decaf standards. If Green Mountain used a bolder/richer variety of coffee, I think it would have been much more satisfying for my palate. Overall, a decent cup, but not outstanding.

Love a good decaf in the evening. This one does the trick but not great. Boring taste; watery.

My husband and I love this flavor. In the beginning I bought the flavored coffee for myself because he called it a "foo foo" flavor. Well now he drinks more of it than I do. We add vanilla flavored cream and it is WONDERFUL.....
