Once assembled for the money this is a good buy. Once assembled the desk looks pretty good. And the price is right. However during assembly the low quality of components is quite evident. Screw holes do not line up with their corresponding parts. Pilot holes are not deep enough to accommodate assembly. The screws are cheap so the heads strip easily. And in a couple of places where bolts go into metal sleeves the sleeves were so badly damaged the bolts could not insert. Also something had been dropped on the box during shipping and one of the leg assemblies was damaged. But as I said for the money once the desk is assembled its a good buy.

I love it's looks and size for my "beach theme" home office. Look at the instructions for the assembly. I had to change the legs cause "I knew how". Instructions were right all along.

Assembling furniture is not my favorite thing to do. I'm a 60 something year old woman and I assembled this desk with relative ease. You must read the instructions look for the numbers on each piece of the desk and lay out all the pieces and screws/bolts. If you have patience and follow the instructions this is an easy desk to put together. I am extremely pleased with the way it looks and its size. I would recommend it.
