I find the Staples Gillespie L-shaped desk very handy as a work station. It provides me an area to be on the computer or Internet yet has a nice writing area on right side. I keep a large calendar on the table top where I can keep track of things daily or month-to-month. I am so glad I purchased the L-shaped desk! I recommend it to anyone who writes does their bills and wants to be on the computer at the same time for research or just pleasure.

The desk is what you’d expect given the price. The reason it does not get five stars is two fold: 1) I had to grind a bad weld on one of the stands to make the top fit and 2) the keyboard drawer is useless - just throw it away (they should get ride of it and lower the price!).

Picked up desk at Staples. The staff were very friendly and easily got the package to my car. Assembly was simple and straightforward didn't take me longer than an hour or so. I really like the format of the desk. It gives me enough working space. The keyboard space is kind of low it makes it so my office chair doesn't really fit under the desk but otherwise I have no issues.
