It has a nice work space however the section connections are weak it takes 3 people to gingerly lift it after assembling to flip it over and maneuver into place. Bought for a college student its not likely to last a move.

This desk was easy to assemble and it is lightweight. We changed our spare bedroom into an office and our gillespie desk looks great. The L-shape allows us to have the computer on one table and our papers on the other table.

Easy to put together. Not bad for the price. Very poorly made. When you touch the edges the lamination pulls apart and the fiberboard rips. Just touching the edges has caused several damaged areas. For an inexpensive desk: ok. If can afford something better but the better one.
