I was extremely excited to make the purchase yet disappointed to find that the box was missing a piece. HOWEVER I called the manufacturer and they immediately rectified the issue and shipped me the missing part. I recommend its usage for a small office apartment as well as a larger area. Lots of writing areas and ability to hold 2-3 monitors. I would not put a lot of weight on it as it is particle board and will eventually sag. The desk is exactly what I envisioned and I am looking forward to using it to its fullest.

This desk was easy to assemble and it is lightweight. We changed our spare bedroom into an office and our gillespie desk looks great. The L-shape allows us to have the computer on one table and our papers on the other table.
