From the name, I figured the blend would be dark and smooth but even with using only 6 ounces of water, the coffee was ordinary. Didn't seem like a dark roast at all. Would not buy again.
Pros: Not Bitter
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Not Enough Flavor, Roasted Too Light
I like this coffee when I buy it to make in a regular coffeemaker, so I was pleased to see it in the K-cups. I was quite surprised that it does not seem to be the same coffee in the K-cup; it lacks that deep, rich, smoky flavor and became quite ordinary and not worth the price. I will not buy this again in the K-cup.
Pros: Not Bitter
Cons: Unappealing Or Flat Aroma, Not Enough Flavor
First off, I would *never* purchase Folgers. However, my assistant picked up some of these k-cups at the grocery store. This was just vile. It tasted like something was burnt. I guess this is their attempt to produce a 'coffeehouse' coffee? I was shocked when I saw good reviews on here. If you enjoy GOOD coffee - stay away from this crud!
Pros: None
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Unpleasant Flavor
I've tried different K-Cup coffee and they all too strong for my taste. I even tried light and still strong. If you like very strong coffee this will be for you but not for me.
