These black silk KCups I got I've had to add a small amount of freeze dried coffee to in order to overcome the weakness and wateriness. Still my taste in coffee may be too strong for a lot of people. It was worth buying if for finding out how strong/weak it was for me.
Pros: Famous brand, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body
This was like drinking hot mud water (not that I've ever tried hot mud water before), but this coffee had no taste, I would not recommend it to a friend.
Cons: Unappealing Or Flat Aroma, Unpleasant Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body
We even tried to brew it on the strongest setting and it still tasted bad. My husband (who doesn't drink his coffee black so isn't as picky) has tried this same coffee in a regular brewer (fresh ground beans) and said it was okay, but even he said this was horrible...watered down and a very cheap tasting coffee for the price.
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Not Enough Flavor
after trying the Folger's Black Silk i don't want any other coffee. I have 3-4 cups in the morning and 1-2 cups in the evening. it is the smoothest coffee i have ever had. it is smooth, tasty, bold enough.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smoothe, Balanced Acidity, Best of all
