Eh.... not as dark, more medium

I really like this flavor in my normal coffee pot, but as a K-cup it comes out weaker than I would expect a dark roast. Its good though. Balanced, not acidic, and has good flavor, but expect it to be closer to a medium roast.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Balanced Acidity, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter
Cons: Roasted Too Light

Not what I expected

I was looking for a dark roast that would work well in a latte. I need a good strong flavor that can stand up to all that milk. I like Folger's coffee so I thought I would give this a try. The flavor is surprisingly weak for a dark roast. It is definitely not working for my lattes. If you are just looking for a nice smooth cup of coffee this is pretty good, but if you are a fan of dark roasts you probably won't like this one.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Not Enough Flavor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fell in LOVE!!!

I have owned my K-cup brewer for about 10 months and I have been sampling various coffee blends and brands. When we bought the Folgers Black Silk and enjoyed it, we fell in love. No more sampling. We have found the one coffee we will stick with. HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY.

AN AWESOME CUP OF COFFEE!

I used to use this coffee in my auto-drip. Now I just use it in my keurig. I use a large cup and hit the middle button.... MMMmmmmm Perfection! I also use it on the first button and mix the Island Coconut for a strong yet flavored mix.

Whether drinking it straight or adding some hot cocoa mix and 'Italian Sweet Cream' creamer, mmmmmm, this is the perfect strong/bold coffee. It's not bitter and smooth says it all. Nice job Folgers. Wish it was Organic.

Bought this product because it was on sale, buy one get one free. I figured it couldn't be all bad. My eyes lit up when I tasted it! It was too late to catch more on sale. :C When I came here to order, it was out of stock! It tastes wonderful. I make big cups of coffee and usually have some left, but not this kind. Only problem is I want a second cup immediately!
