Do you want JUST a GREAT cup of Coffee?

I love a good cup of coffee. All those flavors never appealed to me, just give me a great tasting cup of black coffee, nothing fancy. The kind you use to get in a dinner, or truck stop. Black Silk is that coffee for me..

A high school facebook friend recommended this and wow! Her every word was true. Very smooth, no hint of acidity or bitterness. Have discovered that many other roasts have some degree of 'bite', but this (and one other roast) is very drinkable. Folger's Black Silk is why I look forward to mornings.

Not a true dark roast

If you're looking for a Starbucks type of dark roast this is not a coffee for you
Pros: Smooth Taste
Cons: Roasted Too Light, Not Enough Flavor

I first tried this while on vacation in Va Beach and absolutely loved it. It gives me the nutty roasted taste I love with less acid. My spouse, who loves med roast coffees, also enjoys this blend.

Great Coffee

This is the only non flavored coffee in our house. We have 4 adults drinking 2 to 3 cups in the morning, then coming home as drinking 2 to 3 cups at night! Outstanding Coffee
