Problems

Great taste , BUT.......... the K cups seem to stop the brewing process because of jammed filler tubes, Almost every time...... seems the Grounds are too course ..... have other Folgers K cups and not a problem, only with the "Black Silk" ............ just FYI.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Brew

I have been drinking Folgers Black Silk for about a year and a half. I like the aroma, the taste. I also feel it is a good value for the Kcups. The only reason I haven't rated it 5 stars is since they made the pods recyclable I have been having problems with the Kcup itself. All too frequently, the pod collapses rather than punching a hole in the bottom. I find this very annoying and frustrating. It's a waste of great coffee.

I tried it for the first time this morning and I couldn’t taste coffee at all. All I tasted was soap. I thought this can’t be right and tried another one and it was just the same. This can’t be the way this is supposed to raste

Black silk pods

Since the label was changed . The coffee doesn’t taste the same . It taste like its water down . Has no taste to it . Black silk used to be my favorite coffee .

Meaning of Value

My parents grew up during the great depression so they know the value of a dollar and always bought Folgers. I have been drinking Folgers since I was 18 and am about to turn 70. I do drink less coffee now than when working, so I use the K-cup pods with Folgers Black Silk....a fresh cup every time. Change is good...but not in the case of my coffee.

Poor box design on 24 K-cup pack

When pushing your thumb into the box front as illustrated, your thumb goes directly into a K-cup, causing it to be wasted.
That's my only complaint annd the coffee is good.
