Simple, pure and delicious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Folgers black silk is perhaps the best, smoothest black coffee on the market, especially considering how easily accessible it is. I am over the moon that it is available as K cups, so I can enjoy a delicious cup of joe while in my office. The flavor is bold but smooth and doesn’t leave a bitter aftertaste. It almost has a natural nuttiness to it with a hint of cocoa. I’m not joking when I say that this is our go to black coffee at home or work.

Convenient KCup form, but not as dark as I’d hope

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this blend of coffee and it is really convenient being in K-Cup form! When using KCups, I typically brew at 10oz but I found that I prefer 8oz with these for a darker taste. The box describes these being “the darkest roast” but it was more medium to me. It has a bitter aftertaste that is noticeable when drinking it black. I like cream and sugar in this blend a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee blew me away. I have to admit, I wasn't expecting it to be as complex as it is. Black Silk tastes somewhat fruity, almost like chocolate, and has just a hint of a bitter taste from the dark roast. It reminds me of a rasberry dark chocolate if you've ever had one. All I know is I enjoy the taste a lot and it would probably lend itself well to some kind of caramel creamer. I drank mine black and cold and to me, it makes a very good black iced coffee.
