It has that old coffee taste. Kind of like that cheep office type coffee that has been kept hot for the past 5 hours. When I went to drink it, I was like wow thats bad, and then you get use to it if you really need coffee. No other way to explain it. Glad I got the sample pack.
Cons: Unbalanced Or Sharp Acidity, Unpleasant Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste

after trying the Folger's Black Silk i don't want any other coffee. I have 3-4 cups in the morning and 1-2 cups in the evening. it is the smoothest coffee i have ever had. it is smooth, tasty, bold enough.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Not Bitter, Smooth Taste, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smoothe, Balanced Acidity, Best of all

Maybe we got a bad batch, but this coffee has an odd plastic taste.

Never thought a Folgers coffee would be much FAVORITE COFFEE OF ALL TIMES... BUT, the black silk, warms me from the inside out. Also it's rich enough to drink iced.
