I had ordered Folgers Vanilla Biscotti k-cups but was sent Folgers French Vanilla k-cups. Not the same item. Either is fine although I prefer the Vanilla Biscotti.

The refill plan offered by Keurig has been a delight for many years. I was surprised to receive French Vanilla by Folgers instead of my usual Folgers Vanilla Biscotti. I saw, on-line, that others had received this substitution as well. I was disappointe, but gave the new coffee a try. It’s been 2 weeks and I really really miss my biscotti. Please get Folgers to reconsider this change.

The coffee is always good and for that you get 5 stars. For the change in label you get a three star, thus the four star rating. It’s too difficult to tell the difference between types of coffee between that and your morning cafe. The white background was more in line with the vanilla unlike the yellow color and as you can see from my pictures much easier to distinguish.
