Too watery

This product is not the rich hot cocoa you'll love. It's watery, tasteless and light in color. I had to add extra cocoa and sugar to it. This was a waste of money.
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Roasted Too Light
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Watered Down

I made this using the "large" cup setting and it tasted watered down. I know that hot cocoa in this machine is made with water, but I have had others that actually have the thick cocoa texture like when it is made with milk. Keep looking....
Cons: Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Not Enough Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quick, easy, less mess than packets of Swiss miss. It's a keeper. It's a bit costly, though for hot cocoa.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste, Not Chalky, Not Bitter, Less Sugars Than Packets
I would recommend this to a friend!

When it first hits your mouth it tastes nice and chocolaty but the sucralose/artificial sweetener leaves you forgetting any cocoa so all you have is an artificial-sweet aftertaste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Chocolate ? Flavored water

Was out raking leaves, came inside and made a cup of hot chocolate because my cousin recommended it. The hot chocolate had a nice aroma, I stirred it, snapped on a lid, and headed back outside into the brisk air. I always wonder what other reviewers drink for taste comparison. I prefer bold coffees, and teas, depends on the time of day/evening. I unsnapped the lid, enjoyed the smell, then I took a sip. To my surprise, I was completely let down. Ruined that warm fuzzy feeling of yesteryear and left a horrid taste in my mouth. By far the worst product I've ever placed in my Keurig machines. I went back into my house and tried to doctor it up. I went as far as making another to see if I got a bad one - same horrible taste, great aroma. Since I purchased the dark hot chocolate I thought I'd give it a try.... Was a little better, but not good a all. I went as far as heating milk up on the stove, breaking open the k-cup. After doing everything to get a good cup, I could've opened the chocolate can and made it the old fashioned way.
