It's the perfect amount of flavor. It's not a sweet coco yet has enough chocolate flavor to it. I have it sometimes in the middle of the afternoon when I want something sweet and warm.

It has no flavor and the texture is "gritty". Marshmallow fluff can't even improve it enough to finish the package.

I was so excited about finally getting a keurig for Christmas. First flavor I bought was this hot chocolate and it was terrible. I thought it was the keurig because it was new, but I tried a different flavor and it was fine. This hot chocolate taste terrible. I don't know if I just got a bad box are what, but very disappointing.
