tastes like hot chocolate but has some other background taste. A lot of powder comes out when machine lid is lowered and pod is punctured

I keep hoping to see the Dark Chocolate hot cocoa mix return, but it's been a wait. Till then, I can live with the Milk Chocolate. Hope it doesn't also disappear because of my positive comment. My wife received some (other source) insipidly low-cocoa from a coffee shop the other day, and had to fortify it with chocolate syrup when we got home. Scary!

I like the pods because it’s super easy and doesn’t require a lot of work unlike regular hot chocolate but I do prefer making hot chocolate on the stove but this is still good
