I have discovered that all of the cocoas must have the K-cup shaken before putting into the brew. This results in the very best flavor!

this cocoa is wonderful just brew on the medium cup setting for perfect taste. It is rich and creamy. Perfect on a cold day.

Artificial Sweetener After Taste

I actually tried this hot chocolate after trying Cafe Escapes Chai Tea Latte. I noticed after tasting the Chai that it was sour. I then noticed it has artificial sweetners, but does not advertise the drink as diet or low-sugar. I then wondered if the brand always used artificial sweeteners. It seems that way. This hot chocolate is good considering that it uses artificial sweeteners in addition to sugar. It is just disappointing that they don't advertise it as a diet drink. I prefer to not drink diet. Luckily, I've heard after you try any Keurig K cup and do not like it, you can return the box.
Cons: Poor Taste

Decent, not great hot chocolate

This hot chocolate was just okay. It was kind of weak, but the flavor that was there was good.
