Too watery

This product is not the rich hot cocoa you'll love. It's watery, tasteless and light in color. I had to add extra cocoa and sugar to it. This was a waste of money.
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Roasted Too Light

I just finished shovelling my driveway and wanted a quick, hot treat. I had a sample of this product so I brewed it. Yuck! I hate artificial sweeteners. Why use something artificial when there is already sugar in the product? So disappointed.
Pros: Easy, Why Artificial Sweeteners
Cons: Flavour Too Artificial, Why Artificial Sweetener

I was so excited about finally getting a keurig for Christmas. First flavor I bought was this hot chocolate and it was terrible. I thought it was the keurig because it was new, but I tried a different flavor and it was fine. This hot chocolate taste terrible. I don't know if I just got a bad box are what, but very disappointing.
Cons: Unpleasant Aftertaste, Unpleasant Flavor

This is a tasty cocoa. If you add a little bit of milk or creamer, it makes it taste really good and gives it a more creamy texture.
Pros: Not Bitter, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Pleasing Aroma

Best Instant Hot Chocolate Ever

Been looking for a substitute for "Mom's warm milk chocolate" for a very long time. This is the closest hot chocolate beverage made without heating the milk I have ever had. Highly recommend.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Smooth Taste

Very watered down taste. Doesn't come close to hot cocoa. Has a watery and diluted artificial chocolate taste.
