I am a big cocoa drinker...and I found this very average. I was hoping for a more exceptional, tasty flavor. If you like coffee, try Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha...much better!

I ordered this based on reviews. This hot chocolate has the most horrible taste. I wish there wes something positive that I could submit, but unfortunately, no points arrise. The taste is utterly nasty, has an awful aftertaste, and is infused with artificial sweeteners which is not listed! I became completely nausiated, and had a pounding headache for hours. Asprin is a good remedy, it worked wonderfully.

Artificial sweeteners

The inclusion of artificial sweeteners (sucralose in this case) in hot cocoa which has not been labeled as 'reduced sugar' or similar is a travesty and an abomination. There's nothing worse than taking a sip of a fresh cup of hot cocoa, only to be assaulted by the wretched chemical aftertaste of sucralose.

Pros: Smooth Taste, Balanced Acidity, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Not Bitter, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Aroma, Pleasing Roast

Watered Down

I made this using the "large" cup setting and it tasted watered down. I know that hot cocoa in this machine is made with water, but I have had others that actually have the thick cocoa texture like when it is made with milk. Keep looking....
