I am a big cocoa drinker...and I found this very average. I was hoping for a more exceptional, tasty flavor. If you like coffee, try Cafe Escapes Cafe Mocha...much better!

This hot chocolate tasted bland and watery. I am thankful that I recieved this hot chocolate in a sampler pack because I would be disappointed if I had purchased a whole box of these.

Thought it would be a great alternative to coffee, and fun for the kids. This is awful stuff, tastes like artificial sweetener, and leaves a horrible aftertaste. Could never serve this to my kids or guests. Terrible.

I can't understand all the negative reviews. I found one of these in a sample package and ordered a larger package of this soon after. As I already stated, I loved it!
