I purchased this hot chocolate because I have tried it before. It is the perfect winter drink! It is rich and the taste is heavenly. If you love milk chocolate, you will love this delicious drink on a cold day or a stressful day at the office or any day when you want to treat yourself to something special.

This coco is the BEST water coco I've ever tasted. It's the closest to milk coco, and I've tasted alot of milk coco to say this. So if you like milk coco like I do, Buy some and compare.

Watered down hot chocolate with sucralose

Not thinking to read the ingredients, I ordered this hoping it would be decent. It's not. It's very watered down and has a nasty aftertaste. I don't understand why companies are using sucralose as a sweetener when it is one of the unhealthiest products out there. Gross.

Switched over from another brand and find the Cafe Escape hot cocoa selections taste nothing like hot cocoa and leave an unpleasant after taste in your mouth. Wasn't happy, and the taste was unsatisfying. I have tried all of the Cafe Escapes hot cocoas, and prefer the Swiss Miss selection, though I wish Keurig would offer more choices with the Swiss Miss brand and/or add other brands like Dunkin Donuts. Please make more available choices!
Cons: Not Enough Flavor, Thin Or Watery Mouthfeel/Body, Unpleasant Aftertaste

We recently ordered a box of the hot chocolate and I'm very pleased with it. The flavor is really good. I was reading some other reviews that said it was bland and not creamy. If you want the hot chocolate to taste like the swiss miss brands then I would suggest making it in 8oz of water only. I'm glad that we gave this a try.

I love hot chocolate but I have been easily disappointed when I tried other brands on my Kuerig. I am very pleased with this product and it is the only one I will buy.

Why add Sucralose

Sugar is the first ingredient and yet you add toxic artificial sweetener. Many of us are allergic to it so by adding it you lose customers... It's not like it's a sugar free product...
