This was the first time I tried Cafe' Escapes Milk Chocolate Cocoa, and was very pleased. I like a cup of hot chocolate once in a while in the winter, and so do the grandchildren when they come to visit. I definitely will be purchasing again.

Good flavor. Hard to beat for a quick cup of milk chocolate cocoa. I used the 8 oz. setting, but I want to try it on the lower setting for comparison. I got it in a sampler box and intend to order a whole box.
Pros: Smooth Taste

Grand kids love this after playing outside in the cold and snow. A little whip cream on top adds just enough milk to enhance the taste. We did find that you need to stir the cup after the hot water had finished as some of the syrup was still on the bottom, now it tasted like hot chocolate.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma
