very unclear how to set up machine k cups that came with machine come apart and put grounds in cup and machine consistently says not our cup when it came in the box with your machine help line said we had to press down on the rim of the cup whsy do I have to do your manufacturing for you? if it is known that the user has to do that why is it not in your manual or better yet have you not fixed it

This product won't sell Keurig brewers

This was the first Keurig product I have ever used. I won't be trying anything again. My husband bought the set. This product tasted worse than rest stop machine hot chocolate. This product gives Keurig a terrible name, if all the other cups are the same quality.
Cons: Bland, Poor Taste, Bitter, WEAK

This is an okay cup of cocoa. I'd rather just brew hot water and add a powder packet though. It tastes better. This one isn't very rich.

Cons: Just A Bit, WEAK

I'm disappointed that so many products contain sucralose these days and don't state it boldly on the product. I suffer from migraines and so does my son - we can't have sucralose! I made this hot chocolate for my son, not aware of the ingredients. After my first few sips I could taste the (bad) sucralose but it was too late for my son. yuk! bad aftertaste, it's the sucralose! stop using it.

This one did not impress me at all The flavour is weak and the actual chocolate is minimal or just of bad/average quality Your better off buying some swiss miss hot chocolate at a local store and using your brewer for the hot water, then adding the mix + milk
Pros: Full body, BOLD, Unique
Cons: WEAK, Odd, Poor Taste
