Each of the 3 pods I tried clogged the machine.
It resulted in a "water under pressure" error message on the readout. I had to throw those pods away and dismantle and clean the machine. I would like a refund on this product.

Hint, offer sample size

Just stick with warming milk on a stove and adding your own favorite hot cocoa mix. This was not good, I tried all 3 serving sizes and each one from 6oz to the 10oz was weak, bland, and regrettable in the cost. I wish Keurig would at least do an exchange or offer samples like they in their coffees.
Cons: Poor Taste, Bland, WEAK

got this as a gift both the milk chocolate and dark chocolate....don't like either of them and neither do my kids...tastes watery and has a curdled milk taste

This Hot Cocoa is really good with great overall taste. There is just a little bit of water that would have the hot cocoa taste better if it wasn't there.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Good Flavor

This had an awful aftertaste. The taste was comparable to cheap/ imitation chocolate. Don't waste your money!

Don't waste your money....not even close to creamy like the label states. It tastes "fake" and tastes like it is artificially sweetened. I looked at ingredients after I bought it and I knew then that it wouldn't taste good...nothing "real" about it...all chemicals except for a very SMALL amount of cocoa.

I do not recommend . . .Clogs my brewer every time

I've now tried all of the hot chocolate (milk chocolate) pods and NONE of them work well with my K600 brewer. They clog my brewer every time and I have to break it down and clean the mechanism, which can be time consuming when it has to be done every single time I attempt to brew hot chocolate. Therefore, I do not recommend purchasing any of the hot chocolate pods.
