I ordered this based on reviews. This hot chocolate has the most horrible taste. I wish there wes something positive that I could submit, but unfortunately, no points arrise. The taste is utterly nasty, has an awful aftertaste, and is infused with artificial sweeteners which is not listed! I became completely nausiated, and had a pounding headache for hours. Asprin is a good remedy, it worked wonderfully.

Lackluster taste

I purchased a 24 count box of this on sale recently. Upon reading reviews, it makes me wonder if genetics (such as the gene that has a huge impact on whether cilantro tastes good or bad - I'm pro-cilantro, btw) has something to do with the wildly varied reviews. For my personal tastes, this was not velvety rich or creamy as described. It tasted very flat and bland. I would much rather use the traditional hot chocolate packets - in my opinion, the flavor is much better. I suppose for the low price I paid for it, I shouldn't expect much.

Hesitated to purchased based on scattered comments denoting a chemical taste. There is none. Whole family enjoyed. No need to smother them with cream. The flavor speaks for itself.

Pure Junk!

I bought this a few months ago, and pulled it out when we had a big snowstorm and it was cocoa by the fire time. Three pods in a row FAILED - clogging the system and causing a failure warning message. I ran a 10 oz hot rinse through the Keurig between each try. This week I pulled them out again, months later, after cleaning, filter changes and a needle replacement, and the same result. I could't get ONE single cup of cocoa out of this junk. I'll never even consider buying this product again.

I have kidney failure and cannot have dairy products. However, the milk in this hot chocolate is minimal enough that I'm allowed to have it. The magic is that it tastes like it is made with milk. I love it!!

looking for a nice cup of hot chocolate. have not been able to find one. Did not matter what cup size I selected, was weak, and not very tasty.

Awful tasting and a terrible aftertaste. Definitely would not recommend.
Each of the 3 pods I tried clogged the machine. It resulted in a "water under pressure" error message on the readout. I had to throw those pods away and dismantle and clean the machine. I would like a refund on this product.
