I started drinking this tea a few years ago after a hospital stay. The doctor said it would relax me and that is exactly what it does. Twining's is a quality brand that I know I can trust.
Pros: High Quality, Soothing, Convenient

prefer this tea by the tea bags but, for a quick cup of tea with a slice of orange it is pretty good.

Soothing with honey in it

Smells and tastes fishy, Very unpleasant. YMMV and maybe I got a bad batch, but I won’t be ordering this again.
