I love this tea with just a little honey. Very mild smooth taste. Calming drink that is great hot or iced. I drink it every day.

Very unique! Try a sample first.

I wasn't sure if I liked Roobios so I tried a sample pack and I'm pleasantly surprised! The first sip was somewhat shocking because it doesn't taste like any other tea I've had, but it has grown on me to the point that I'm ordering a whole box. I drink it with a small amount of honey in the evenings while relaxing.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile, Soothing, Aromatic, Smooth Body

Unique flavor with unusual aftertaste

I prefer herbal teas and thought it would be great to try another flavor without caffeine. The flavor in unique (in a good way) but I had a problem with the aftertaste, which lingered for several hours. I donated the remainder of the box to our coffee and tea supply at work, hoping someone there will appreciate it.

Cons: Weird Aftertaste

Does not taste like other rooibos teas

I don't know how others can describe this tea as having no flavor. It tastes like rotting fruit and feet. I have had African Rooibos teas before and this is a terrible example. I'm surprised by Twinings, they usually make excellent teas. If you must try go with the sample pack first. I am thankful I did not commit to a full box!

Medicinal taste! Blahhh!!!

I am a hot tea lover and consider myself extremely open to new flavors. I got this one because I hadn't tried anything like it and like the health benefits listed. Won't be trying it again; tasted like medicine!

African Rooibos Tea K-Cup Delicious

I've been steeping loose Rooibos Tea for years and love it. When I bought my Keurig brewer, I decided to give the South African Rooibos K-Cups a try and have been pleasantly surprised. The flavor of "red tea" is unique, smooth, soothing and has a wonderful aroma. I add a little sugar, but my husband doesnt add a thing because it does have a natural sweetness all its own. It's difficult to describe the flavor, but it does have a slight vanilla scent. Because it's decaf and so comforting I drink it hot in the evening, but it makes a great iced tea as well. I use the small "tea cup" brewing option for best flavor.

This is one of my three teas I drink every day. Love it. This tea reminds me of the tea that I had for breakfast when I was in Africa.

Pleasantly surprising

I have been getting into hot teas lately. Now, that I have my Keurig it is so easy to do with the K-cups. I was looking for a light and decaffeinated tea. This one is perfect and I did not have to add anything to it. I've always drank black teas, but have recently began to dabble into others. It is best described as teaish, but unlike any tea that I have had thus far. The aroma is nice and relaxing. The taste is lightly sweet and smooth.
