I have enjoyed rooibos teas for many years, usually with chai or other flavors added. This is the first time I've drunk it by itself, and I enjoy the taste and the warm, comfortable, satisfied feeling I get when drinking it. I definitely like this tea better than a regular black tea. I make most of my K-cup beverages by using the K-cup twice into the same cup using the small cup button (after the first cup is finished, re-lift and lower the k-cup holder and push the small cup button again. Otherwise, many of them seem too strong or bitter.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile

Love this Tea

I generally drink coffee but it was too late in the day and I just wanted something to warm me up as our office AC is blowing like the Arctic Blast! Liked the color of the label, expected something totall different. Loved this tea!

Surprisingly good

I was first introduced to Rooibos back in the 80's when it only existed in South Africa. While the K-cup doesn't stand up to truly fresh tea it definitely gives a good idea of what Rooibos is. I find it best with a touch of cream and sugar, which enhances the rich vanilla-like flavor it has naturaly.

great subtle flavor

i drink this every morning in the car on the way to work....great taste, very different. tastes good hot or cold so i sip it all day long. great replacement for that second cup of coffee in the morning. this is a good one!

Woody flavor becomes flowery when cold

I admit I was thinking of giving the rest of this tea away, but after it cooled the last two sips were very good. I wiil drink the rest of this tea cold. I liked the flowery essense that was allowed the present itself after cooling.

Cons: Not my cup of tea

Pleasantly surprised

I've been drinking Rooibos tea for years and admit I was skeptical about the K-Cup version. I was very pleasantly surprised. Rooibos has a very unique flavor that doesn't appeal to all. Some describe it as medicinal, which it may be but it's also very high in antioxidants! I drink mine with a little Blue Agave and milk. I recommended those adventurous tea drinkers to try it. It's good for when you're not feeling well or if you just want a different tea experience.

An Excellent Diversion

Having long been a traditionalist when it comes to tea, I'll admit that my Keurig has prompted me to enjoy trying new flavors because of the convenience factor. This Rooibos is remarkably enjoyable, an excellent diversion from standard teas. I purchased the sample pack...now wish I had ordered a regular box! Will definitely put this on my order list for next time.
