I've discovered tea after being a life long coffee drinker, and am still experimenting on different flavors and how to prepare certain tea. African Rooibos is good "straight up" without anything added, however a little sugar and milk, it completely changes the flavor profile without ruining the experience. Very good and highly recommended if you want strong tea without caffiene.
Pros: Aromatic, Unique Flavor Profile, Smooth Body
Unsweetened and naturally decaffeinated, however a lovely and very subtle lightly sweet flavor. This is not a "flavored" tea, however. With the exception of Lemon Lift tea, I hate flavored tea or coffee. This tea is so 'natural' tasting, not too bold, not too weak. It's really wonderful morning, noon and night. Highly recommend this tea. I would love to have a 'caffeinated' version of this tea. Try this one, you won't regret it. I've tried all of the k-cup tea varieties. This is a keeper!
My wife and I have always the enjoyed the English Breakfast d-caf tea. Tried a sample pack of the African Roobis and really like it. Will be ordering more.
This tea is great in the morning or evening when you don't want anything too strong or with caffeine. The flavor is just wonderful and I like to add a little sugar, cream and a dash of cinnamon to mine. I also like that I can give it to my children and it's good for them. I originally ordered the sample pack to try and am ordering the large for sure.
Pros: Soothing, High Quality, Smooth Body, Convenient
I gave this tea a five star rating, because my son and husband love it. They drink it several times a day. I purchased this tea based on the rave reviews and medicinal qualities. I think the tea has a strong, odd odor (my son and husband don't seem to notice it) - almost smells like a tobacco plantation or chewing tobacco. If I could get rid of the smell, the taste is fine. I think it is also important to mention that I am a traditional English tea drinker.
