Way too strong

I guess I like my tea on the weaker side. I used the same pod for 5 large mugs of tea. The fifth one was the best.
Pros: Unique Flavor Profile
Cons: Too strong
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Tea I have ever had!!!!

I tried this tea for the first time and it is amazing!!! Best with honey. It is perfectly smooth, not bitter like green tea. Plus way more antioxidants than regular Green Tea - I am SOLD!!!
Pros: Energizing, High Quality, Soothing, Smooth Body, Fresh

Conjures memories of Africa

I spent 2 years in Africa & this tea was listed by the other volunteers as a tea you would need to acquire a taste for. I did! I especially enjoyed a cup in the afternoon or evening during the winter months. It is hard to find this tea in the states, so I was excited to find it. Will be reordering for sure! Those that want to throw it out...send my way please!!

Try it over ice with stevia

I just tried this brewed at 6oz over ice, added 1small tab of stevia and dash of agave and it's the perfect iced tea! I've had the tea before hot and it's ok, but over ice with some sweetener is the perfect brew. I tried it as a sampler now I'm buying the pack. So healthy too.

Try it twice and once with Honey

The first time I tried this I couldn't stand it. I tried it again with some honey and I am hooked! The fact that it is so good for me will keep me purchasing it and knowing how much better it tastes with honey, I feel ashamed I was about to toss the sample pack out. I just ordered a full box. Give it a couple of tries if in doubt.

This is my FAVORITE tea! I can't get enough of it! It tastes good hot or cold. The flavor is unique, yet smooth and satisfying. I always try to keep extra on hand so I don't run out. If you haven't tried it, check it out. It's wonderful!!

With a list of health benefits too numerous to mention, I was surprised to find the taste of this African red tea to be remarkable! This tea has single-handedly converted me from being an exclusive black tea drinker. I drink it for the taste, but knowing the amazing benefits makes the entire experience truly sublime. Best enjoyed with a hint of natural sweetener to bring out the unique flavor.
