The standard plastic body and rubber grip feel utilitarian — not luxurious or extremely comfortable for prolonged writing. Some reviewers find that grips from certain Japanese pen.
the G2 is mass-produced, occasionally some units have issues — tip vibrations, skipping, or uneven ink flow. Not the fastest drying in bold tips
With wider tips (e.g. 0.7 mm or 1.0 mm), the ink can take a moment to dry, so if you’re fast or left-handed you may get smudges.

These pens definitely rate in the top 5 of all pens I've ever used... and I've used a lot. I will be buying more, as the biggest issue I had was people trying to take them, because they were so good.

It also makes me happy they have refillable ink. Nice work Pilot! I've found my new favorite pen.

The pen feels good in my hand, not too heavy and the tip is perfectly fine with No scratching as I’m writing. The ink flows out smooth and evenly. I’ve always been a fan of Pilot writing tools, these pens take the cake.

You can't tell me I'm not a doctor or a lawyer or judge when I pull the G2 Fine 2 Pack Black out. The G2 Fine 2 Pack Black writes so smooth. If someone ask me to use my G2 Fine 2 Pack Black I ask for it back.
