Love this pen!

Everything about this pen is wonderful....the ink glides smoothly, the grip is comfy, and I love that there's purple instead of green! I loved the one I bought at a store so much, I'm now ordering a dozen!

Why purple?

Dear Bic - I have been using the Bic 4-color pen since the 80's. It has always been my go-to pen of choice. As a teacher of more than 20 years the pen has been invaluable to me. Until, that is, you switched the green color to purple! What on earth would make you do this? Green was a different enough color from black, red, and blue that it was useful. Purple is too similar to blue to be useful to me as a teacher or a student. I will now have to switch to the PaperMate InkJoy multi-color pen, even though it is harder to find and more expensive, simply because they still have the color green. This was a terrible decision. Why change what was not broken? Why change the basics of your pen which made it a classic for the past 50 years? You celebrate the pen by fundamentally changing what it was and what made it so popular? This is a classic example of "corporate know-nothing"!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So nostalgic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little pen. It's not only a good quality pen and writes well, but I used to have one of these when I was a kid in the early 90s, so it's a bit nostalgic to me as well. I'll be buying a lot of these.

The Bic 4 Color Pen is still best pen available. This simple design has been around
since I was in a teenager in the 70’s, I remember my mother using this basic
writing instrument daily. This pen has withstand the test of time. BIC has added
additional 4-color pans to its line, however, I like the blue barreled medium tip
model the best.
The four colors are individually selected by pushing down the appropriate color
switch on the barrel of the pocket clip. A marked color can be selected by pressing
a different plunger or the existing color can be retracted by partially depressing
any of the others.
I use these in at my job, I'm a department supervisor and i find this all in one
writing instrument to be my best tool on my desk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this a few weeks ago and love it!It has four colors of ink-black,blue,red and green.It writes really nice and is my new favorite pen!It's very simple to just click on and off whatever color ink you want to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one of these as a kid, and it's better now using it as an adult. The four colors - black, red, blue, green - are clear and vibrant. The pen is smooth. When I was younger, I'm pretty sure the ball point was a little rounder; this is a bit pointier but works great). To switch colors, you just push the other color you need and it will make the swap seamless. Sometimes, it's not 100% perfect, but just try again. It was nice to see this pen was made in France as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved these pens since I was a kid. And they have only gotten better! I love having all the pens I need in one pen. Its not flimsy and writes perfectly! I always have atleast one on hand. I also recommend these pens in the neon colors too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m over the mood happy that I got this 4 color pen! It’s so retro and reminds me of when I was in high school. It’s so convenient have multiple colors with out having to carry 4 different pens in my purse. Also, they wright so smoothly on the paper and the ink doesn’t leak or anything.
