Better than most I've seen lately.

These tables keep getting lighter weight and more flimsy all then time. None of them are built as sturdy as they used to be and yet the cost is higher. With that said this table from Staples seems to be a step up from the others I saw elsewhere. It gets the job done although I have no illusions about it lasting as long and the 30+ year old tables I have.

The table was as-advertised and served my purpose. But the delivery person lifted the table swung it slightly and broke my thermostat right off the wall. I reported it to staples. They said someone would contact me in 3 days. That was a week ago and no one has contacted me. It was not the best experience in the world as you can imagine.

This table is exactly what I had hoped for. I’m a DIY woodworker and will be using it for a project bench/table. It’s sturdy and large. I’m very happy with this product.

My second table

This is my second table. I purchased one before about 2 years and it still looks good. Good color and would match most dark wood furniture. Light to carry. I use it as my workstation so I have PC Printer tons of papers spread around so it gives me plenty of space which is extremely important to me. And it is very stable if I write or put my legs up it does not move or shakes. I used to use traditional desk with shelves on each side and never felt I had enough room for my legs under and moving hard wood heavy desk was huge pain. I have to give this table 5 starts despite the fact that it is hard to get the plastic wrap off the table. I have to agree with another review so whoever designed the wrapping for this table did not think through. However I used box cutter to cut the plastic on the edges so it does not hang under the table…no big deal.
