They come with plastic tabs and paper inserts for the tabs. Tabs easily attach to hanging file in a variety of positions. Just as expected.

Basic and functional. Good for use with 3-4 file folders with moderate contents. They are not "expandable " so more than 4 such file folders or multiple large-content file folders are harder to accommodate.
