Good for everyday files. Can hold papers and/or folders. I recommend going folder-less. The file IS a folder. Do not overfill. If you have that much paper use a box bottom hanging file folder or multiple small folders. Affix a printed Avery 5167 label on the tab insert and voila! a fabulous neat organized and professional drawer full of papers. Just what the office needs; organization in an aesthetically pleasing package! Stagger the tab positions for easy viewing of reference contents. As an alternative place the tabs in the the same position and walk your fingers to the file of your dreams! Enjoy!

It does what it's supposed to do...hold the papers and hang in a file.
