The staples brand "inexpensive brand" of green standard hanging folders was fine. Work well and are just as good if not better than paying Big Brand Name prices.

These basic hanging files do the job for a great price. I use these for current paper management and also for storing older papers. I also purchased clear plastic hanging file boxes @ $3.00 each to store older office records and keep them organized ( in case I need to find the information again). Using the included tab labels I will be able to quickly and easily find the stored papers. Having a place to keep my purchase receipts payroll info. paid utilities invoices etc. and access them for my bookkeeper at tax time is exteremely helpful.

It's time to clean out the file cabinet. Unfortunately my old hanging file folders are falling apart. Now that I have a new set I'll finally be able to organize all these papers lying around. These file folders are sturdy and can easily be labeled. They expand with a 1/2 inch capacity. There are box-bottom files available which expand up to a full inch if you need more space I'd recommend them. .
