Organizing important papers account statements etc... is easy with these hanging file folders. Projects in the middle of working on are also easy to keep track of rather than piles of paper and wondering where I have put them. I used to put my paid bills in a desk drawer for months and then eventually reconcile the bills to credit card statements. Now I keep them organized and can reconcile credit card statements immediately upon receiving them. I also have a place to keep important personal notes cherished pictures by my grandchildren keeping track of my utility costs (heating and electric) etc... so I can make informed choices on how to keep costs down in the future. I recommend that you get yourself a file cabinet and get organized!

Not the strongest or best quality but in this case I was looking for economy. Biggest problem I always find with pendaflex hanging folders is the inability to generate labels to go inside the plastic tabs by computer. You have to just write on the tabs giving a less-than-clean vision of the tabs. I would much prefer to be able to print them via the computer even if I had to adhere self-adhesive labels to the ones that are supplied to just slip into the tabs.
