It is very useful for filing and categorizing. I used it to file different documents i have. I bought this becuase it was a good deal for a pack. I also tried [...] same kind but the plastic tag seems to work better for me as I can see the tab/label better because the plastic tab is a bit more slanted. The one from Staples sits straight upward hard to see unless i bend the tab a little bit.

Too flimsy labels are at a bad angle making them hard to read while in the file cabinet. Spend a little more and get better quality.
