I have a small rolling cabinet and needed additional pendaflex hangers to sort out some of my buldging files under the same alphabet filing system I use. I prefer the 5 tab as you can add more on the labels and I also use colored paper for special labels. This works well for me.

These folders are UGLY! But they are very durable well made and very inexpensive making them a great value. Besides who cares about how they look hidden inside of a file cabinet?
