Working in the legal field I use there folders all the time. Although I really like them they could use a little better construction. The top where the metal bar goes through is not really strong enough and will tear. If you are using this product for personal use this will probably not be a problem for you. It is nice that you can place the tabs where ever you like and are not stuck with a tab in a place you don't want them to be. I would also like it if I could get them in other colors besides green just so I could maybe color code my files but that is just me.

These are pretty good but the glue that is use to glue the section where the metal hanging bar is located could use better glue as if you put too many papers in a folder the glue come apart and the metal hanging bar come right off.
