File folders simplify my papers.

Plastic rolling file cabinet had metal rods to accommodate hanging files. I ignored them and put notebooks in cabinet which made the back of cabinet buckle out. Obviously not good usage. The new hanging files make the difference to create order make file papers handy and preserve the file cabinet from destruction.
