I had several years of records to organize but was having trouble with a logical way to do so. The reords themselves were somewhat coomplicated. After numerous attempts It occured to me that ssorting them by the year would make them easier to retrive. so I bought some hanging file folders spent an afternoon sorting and labeling them and am very happy with the ressults

If your looking for an economical filing folder system that competes with higher priced equivalents then this is it. I have used these for over 4 years now and am prone to overloading my hanging files. Most of my failures with these products is the weight breaks the paper fold over at the metal hangers. Out of nearly 500 of these purchased in the last 4 years I have probably had 6 failures. Not bad for files that are packed almost 3 inches thick usually (manufacturer would probably tell you that 1" is typical. Yes they do make larger expanded files but these work so no real impulse to buy larger. Great value
