The plastic tabs were there but no cardboard tabs. The bag was unopened so it was not like someone took them after the fact.

Just what I needed

I needed files for my home and camper. These files will not be used as much as a business would but I like to be organized and it makes it easier for my husband to find things without my help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price was considerably cheaper than Walmart for about the same quality and I get points with my Staples Rewards. Win-Win for me.
