Functional Folders eliminate chaos
on June 13, 2013
Posted by: Paula K.
Without the hanging file folders my file cabinet used to be in chaos. It was difficult to see the tabs on the manilla file folders and occasionally a file folder would be stuck inside of another! Before getting the hanging file folders I used to use a book or some other object just to prop the manilla files up. That took up a lot of space. So now I find that I can actually get more in my file drawer by using the hanging file folders which gives me more space. It is a win win situation all around.

While the least expensive of the various hanging file folders sold at Staples this type is fine for personal filing.

These folders are a great value and the quality is as good as some of the more expensive hanging folders I have bought in the past. I would definitely buy these again.

Hand written tabs only
on June 6, 2013

You can not put 3 ring file folders in these and see the name on the hanging file folders. If they were 1/4" inch deeper you could find files faster. The printable tabs are not useable in a printer. You must hand write the names on the tabs. You'r PROS in this review ask about the rings closing evenly. I found no rings in or on these hanging file folders.

Very good quality

We love these. The price is right and the quality is very good. The glue holds so we can fill the file to capacity and don't have to worry about the folder coming apart and losing the file all over the floor.
