The material it is made from is different than what I have been used to (from Smead) - tears easier does not stretch any (it's like hard plastic) and it's of low quality. Went for the (lower) price and paid dearly! Lesson learned!

The Staples Hanging File Folders are a "must" for any office or filing system. The hanging files are exceptionally great for those individuals who have limited organization skills. Information can be easily located using the easy to apply identification tabs furnished in each box of folders. They may be used in most all files cabinets drawers whether portable or stationary and business tote files which are easy to handle and may be located in your vehicle for quick and easy access. I have had the opportunity to use the Staples Hanging Files for a number of years and have found them to be very strong/sturdy not easily damaged price affordable and very user friendly.
