These hanging file folders are simply great for anyone who wants to organize their files! The 5-tab option makes finding your paper documents even easier. My husband and I are seniors. We decided that we needed to update our old tattered folders with new folders & labels that we both understood (he had his system ... I had mine.) We started by getting a box of folders and slowly purging/relabeling contents together. Within a few days we realized we also needed to use hanging files with staggered labels to make finding items faster and to stop the folders from sliding down and lying on the bottom of the cabinet. Give these a try ... you won't be sorry!

I have discovered that one file folder per one hanging file folder makes my files look perfectly organized. Appearance matters and when I open my file drawer and everything looks tidy I am more motivated to do more work. Simple technique simple and inexpensive office supply but completely invaluable. These hold up better than the supplies provided by my office so I actually will periodically buy my own to increase my organization. Others in my office have offered to pay me to organize for them--it's all about the tools!
