Very relaxing. I add a teaspoon of honey.

I purchased this after my husband had a heart attack. He was having trouble sleepping and I asked if I could give him this and added the honey to soothe his throat, since he had a persistent cough . We are both enjoying it very much.

Excellent green tea

An excellent green decaf tea. I cannot believe how great this tastes when brewed in the Keurig. Green tea is a mild tea; so if you like a strong tea, green tea is not for you. Excellent with a bit of honey.
Pros: Aromatic, Soothing, Fresh, High Quality
