[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Bic Gel-Ocity Quick Dry gel pens in the mail today. I immediately opened them and wrote on the enclosed card, so I could take a photo and tweet it. I ran my finger over the ink when I was done writing and had waited a couple of minutes and it smeared! Quick dry is inaccurate for sure! The colors however, are vivid and the pens write very smoothly. I do like how they write when it isn't smeared! I wish they would have actually dried more quickly though!
