Works good but have to turn on and select brew size every time. Would be better if it defaults to your favorite settings like the 2.0

K-cup problem

I had never had the problem of grounds being leaked into my cup of Big Easy Bold , until the last box that I bought. I had read about that problem, but had never experienced it. This problem needs to be researched and remedied by Keurig. I would have rated it 5 stars before this most recent box that I bought .

This coffee is big easy and bold. It has a interesting after taste and you can not drink it cold. but it is a bold and easy hot coffee.

Grounds spilling into cup

I have been enjoying this coffee for several years. I had read in the past reviews about the K-cups putting grounds in the cup of brewed coffee. I had never seen this before, so I continued to order an enjoy. The most recent box of BEB had lots of grounds in my cup. I read some reviews from 8 years ago. They spoke of the same problem we are having today. Seems to me this problem should have been resolved before now. This shows me that Keurig does not CARE about customers concerns and feelings. I probably WILL NOT buy my favorite BEB coffee until I am sure that this problem has been researched and worked on trying to fix it.
