I concur with a previous review on this tasting burnt. Was glad I only got the sample pack.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
Cons: Unpleasant Flavor, Unpleasant Aftertaste
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first sip was "Wow", and then the bold flavor just seemed to die. It's an OK cup of coffee, but others are better

Bought my new Keurig Elite and had samples. Being in the Marines I've grown accustom to bold coffee. I would not say this was my favorite but it's pretty darn good. One K-Cup makes enough for my mini thermas.
Pros: Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste, Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

I brewed this on the 8 oz setting and actually found it to be rather mild. I'm used to a french press though. I think I'll brew it a little stronger next time...flavor has a little bit of an aftertaste, almost bitter but not too bad. I don't think it's as bad as the negative reviews I've read.
Pros: Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Smooth Taste, Not Bitter

My father described it as "just very good". He liked the aroma and how strong it was, but for his tastes it was average.

I mostly drink dark extra bold coffee, I prefer strong full flavors. This tastes like it was a mistake, the fire got to hot or it was cooked too long, with the unpleasant stale burnt taste. I've tried it multiple times to make sure I didn't get a faulty cup. By the last time I drank it the mug was left unfinished.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have tried a lot of different pods (we love that our machine came with a sample pack too!) and this coffee is by far our favorite. I wish move retailers sold it locally so we could replenish more easily!! I highly recommend this coffee!
